For this card, I pulled out all the stops. The linework alone took over sixteen hours. The painting added seven or eight on top of that. I am however quite pleased with how it came out.

There are details in there that probably only I will ever see. Although there is a possible plan in there. If all goes well, I hope to print a few copies when the project is finished. Depending on cost, I may get a set of 27cm x 27cm prints done of the original artwork as a companion piece to the cards. That way, all the extra detail I packed in would be available. We shall have to see how it goes.
